Terms & Conditions

 Approval of Work:

Approval of an estimate or quote authorizes us to perform the work described. Any additional work requested outside the approved scope will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Scheduling:

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, unforeseen delays from previous jobs may occur. Customers will be notified if delays arise.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may result in a service fee of $25

Payment Terms:

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept electronic payments, major credit cards, and cash.

Deposits for Larger Projects:

Certain projects may require a deposit prior to scheduling or purchasing materials.

Materials:

If materials or fixtures are supplied by the customer, we cannot guarantee their quality or compatibility and cannot provide warranty coverage on those materials.

Changes in Scope:

If additional issues are discovered or the scope of work changes during the project, we will discuss options and pricing with the customer before continuing work.

Access to Work Area:

Customers are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to the work area. Delays caused by inaccessible work areas may affect scheduling or pricing.

Safety:

We reserve the right to decline or stop work if conditions are unsafe or if the work requested falls outside the scope of services we provide.

Workmanship:

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. If an issue arises related to our work within 90 days, please contact us and we will assess the issue and make reasonable corrections. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or materials supplied by the customer.

Limitation of Liability:

We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or issues that become apparent once work has begun. Any such findings will be communicated before additional work proceeds.

Hidden Damage & Pre-Existing Conditions:

Homes—especially older homes—may contain hidden damage or conditions that are not visible until work begins. This may include issues such as water damage, rotted wood, outdated wiring, plumbing problems, structural concerns, or previous improper repairs.

If hidden damage or pre-existing issues are discovered during the course of work, the customer will be notified and options will be discussed before any additional work proceeds. Any additional repairs required due to these conditions will be treated as a change in scope and may result in additional charges.

Minor Damage During Repairs:

Some repairs may require removing existing materials such as trim, drywall, caulking, or fixtures. While every effort is made to minimize disruption, minor cosmetic damage may occur as part of the repair process and may require additional work if restoration is requested.

Existing Fixture Removal:

Removal of existing fixtures or materials may reveal conditions that require additional repair or preparation before new installation can proceed. Any additional work required will be discussed and approved before continuing.

Additional Work Requests:

Customers may occasionally request additional tasks while work is in progress. We are happy to help when possible; however, any work not included in the original approved estimate will be treated as additional work and may require updated pricing or scheduling.

Customer Preparation:

Customers are responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible prior to the scheduled appointment. This includes clearing personal belongings, furniture, or obstacles that may prevent safe and efficient completion of the work.

Pets & Children:

For safety reasons, customers are responsible for securing pets and ensuring children remain clear of work areas during service.

Minimum Service Charge:

Due to travel and preparation required for each job, a minimum service charge may apply.

Late Payment:

Invoices not paid within 7 days are be subject to late fee of $25
